Product Introduction:
The pulse controller is an electronic controller for pulse bag dust collector to perform pulse jet cleaning. The quality of the pulse controller reflects the equipment level of the bag dust collector. The pulse controller outputs a driving voltage of one bit each time. The duration of a driving voltage is called the pulse width (pulse width); the interval between two adjacent output driving voltages is called the pulse interval (interval); the time required for the controller to complete the output of the solenoid valve drive for all bits is called the pulse cycle, and the pause time between two pulse cycles is called the cycle interval cycle (cycle). Our company has been continuously researching and developing, and has continuously improved on the original basis, and then launched the X8A1 improved online pulse controller.
Function introduction:
The SXC-X8A1-(1-120) model adopts a hanging transparent PC shell with beautiful appearance, good dustproof performance and easy installation.
The panel is equipped with a digital display, which can display the working order of the electromagnetic pulse valve in sequence. According to the dust cleaning requirements, the pulse width, pulse interval and cycle interval can be adjusted to control the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve to perform regular dust cleaning on the dust collector. At the same time, there is a differential pressure controller input contact. After connecting the differential pressure controller and differential pressure transmitter, it can be cleaned at a fixed differential pressure.
In order to facilitate users to freely combine the number of controlled electromagnetic pulse valves, an extended output module is used to increase or decrease the control quantity at will.
