Anti-blocking sampling and accurate measurement have been the consistent pursuit of power plants in wind pressure measurement for many years. For some important parameters in boiler operation (such as furnace pressure, flue gas pressure, coal mill pressure, primary and secondary wind pressure, return material air chamber pressure, material layer differential pressure, etc.), the anti-blocking problem must be solved in order to carry out continuous and accurate measurement, and it is an important means to ensure the normal and safe operation of the boiler. At present, the anti-blocking pressure taking of power plants generally adopts conventional anti-blocking samplers (such as vase-type samplers with built-in three-layer anti-blocking mechanisms), self-cleaning (static and dynamic pressure) samplers and continuous purge anti-blocking devices (blowing volume 60L/H), etc.

Although these products have some effect on anti-blocking pressure taking, it is not very obvious, and blockage still occurs frequently. In particular, fluidized bed boilers are more prone to blockage, because the combustion in the furnace of the fluidized bed uses a strong wind flow to make the materials flow for full combustion. The sulfidation condition in the furnace is an important operating parameter, but the flowing materials are very easy to block the conventional anti-blocking samplers , which has a certain impact on the safe operation of the boiler.

In view of the above situation, our factory has developed the HBC environmentally friendly compensating wind pressure measurement anti-blocking purge device based on the research results of wind pressure sampling and anti-blocking devices for many years and the principle of fluid mechanics . This device completely and thoroughly solves the problem of both anti-blocking sampling and accurate measurement. The compensation device of similar products of other domestic manufacturers is placed in the control box, forcing the distance between the control box and the pressure measuring point to be within 4 meters.

The HBC environmentally friendly compensating anti-blocking purge device of our factory places the compensation device in the sampling tube, so that the distance between the control box and the pressure measuring point is within 200 meters to ensure accurate measurement. At the same time, the device is equipped with a voltage regulator, which completely solves the problem of unstable and unclean gas source in the power plant and ensures the normal operation of the flow controller. The application of this device provides a strong guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of the power plant boiler.

Main features :
