Ⅰ、Overview
ZHJ-2 vibration speed sensor uses the electromagnetic induction principle to convert vibration signals into electric signals. It is mainly composed of a magnetic circuit, a coil assembly, a spring damping and other parts. There are two coil components rigidly fixed in the sensor shell, the magnetic steel is hung in the shell body by a spring. When the sensor works within the working frequency range, the coil and magnetic steel will produce relative motions, the coil keeps cutting the magnetic force line, producing induced electromotive force (induced voltage), The voltage is proportional to the vibration speed of the chassis shell.
