FDZ-23/UDZ-23 electrode point water level meter uses the difference in conductivity between boiler water and steam for measurement. Due to the change in liquid level, part of the electrode is immersed in water and part is placed in steam. The electrode immersed in boiler water has a reduced impedance to the cylinder, while the electrode placed in steam has an increased impedance to the cylinder. Using this characteristic, the non-electrical water level can be converted into electrical quantity and sent to the intelligent secondary instrument, thereby realizing the functions of water level display, alarm, protection and interlocking.
This instrument is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer. Through the use of a hardware watchdog, it can automatically reset when the single-chip microcomputer program runs away, making the instrument working state safer and more reliable. At the same time, it uses a double-color synthetic light column of steam red and water green, which is a thermal engineering customary mark, to truly and intuitively display the steam and water levels.
2. Features
a. The water level is displayed by a red and green double-color composite light column, and the red digital tube displays the water level coordinate value, which solves the problem of eye fatigue when the operator monitors the operating status and has an intuitive and clear visual effect.
b. It has internal alarm (sound and light prompt), external alarm (relay output), silencing, self-test and screening functions. Compared with the old secondary instrument, it is easier and more intuitive to operate, and can set multiple alarm values at one time.
c. Taking advantage of the high input impedance of CMOS, only a weak current passes through the electrode in the signal input circuit, which can reduce the chemical corrosion of the electrode to the minimum. Therefore, this secondary instrument can significantly extend the service life of the electrode.
d. Through fuzzy control, the electric and water resistance thresholds of the electrodes are automatically adjusted according to different water qualities to meet different application requirements. Working pressure: ≥2.5Mpa≤32Mpa
