Phase control board MZD-XK :

The function of the phase control board MZD-XK is rectification and phase control. The grid ~220V AC voltage is rectified and phase-controlled by the thyristor rectifier bridge on the board and then added to the selected coil to drive the rapper to work. The so-called phase control refers to changing the size of the silicon conduction angle and the number of half-waves that are turned on, and adjusting the rapping height through phase control.

MZD electromagnetic vibration controller

MZD electromagnetic rapping controller is a device specially used to control electromagnetic rappers. It can control up to 256 electromagnetic rappers. According to the requirements, these rappers should be connected in a rectangular form, so the maximum controllable matrix is ​​16×16 (rows and columns). The rapping cycle can be adjusted, and the rapping height can be set within the range of 0-30CM. All these settings are realized through the DIP switch, potentiometer adjustment or handheld terminal.
Electromagnetic rapping works by electromagnetic force. When a DC current flows through the rapper coil, a magnetic force is generated to suck the rapping rod to a certain height, and then the power is cut off, the magnetic force disappears, the rapping rod falls, hits the anode plate or cathode frame, and generates a rapping force.

The magnitude of the rapping force is determined by the rapping height, which in turn is determined by the magnitude of the current flowing through the coil. Therefore, the rapping height can be controlled by changing the magnitude of the current flowing through the coil, and changing the coil current is achieved through thyristor phase control.
