The Digital Substation Fault Recorder is a new portable product independently developed based on on-site power conditions and user experience.
It utilizes a high-performance PowerPC processor, large-scale FPGA, Ethernet communication, and other technologies. It supports IEC60044-8 (FT3), IEC61850-9-1, IEC61850-9-2, and GOOSE optical digital signal access, providing a complete testing solution for IEC61850 relay protection devices, IEDs, and more.
Overall characteristics :
1. Adapt to the needs of different power users and provide testing solutions for various IEC61850 relay protection devices and IEDs;
2. Adopting the new generation of high-performance PowerPC + FPGA + Ethernet hardware architecture, it has strong computing power, fast communication speed, and stable and reliable system;
3. Provides 4 pairs of 100Mbps fiber optic Ethernet transceiver ports and 6 optical serial port outputs, supports IEC60044-8 (FT3), IEC61850-9-1, IEC61850-9-2 and GOOSE optical digital message output tests, GOOSE signals can be sent and received independently, or can be sent and received together with IEC61850-9-2 on the same optical Ethernet port;
4. Equipped with an optical signal receiving port, it can receive and parse messages compliant with IEC60044-8 (FT3), IEC61850-9-1, IEC61850-9-2, and GOOSE protocols, enabling loopback testing of device outputs. It can also receive optical digital signals from merging units (MUs) or other IEDs and display their waveforms in real time.

It can be configured to output IEC60044-8 (FT3), IEC61850-9-1, or IEC61850-9-2 messages. GOOSE supports importing and exporting CID files for both receiving and sending. It supports primary value output testing and is compatible with traditional secondary value output testing methods.
