Electroplating Rectifier
The product adopts SCR rectification technology, is special SCR rectifier of electrochemical applications, including nonferrous metal electrolysis refining (copper, zinc, nickel, lithium, and lead etc, copper electrolysis, aluminum electrolysis, rare earth electrolysis, salt water)
Feature :
- DSP digital control: DSP digital control, the dual channel for heat standby each other, non-disturbing switch without turning off equipment.
- Mode of rectification and voltage regulation: SCR 6 pulse rectification, 12 pulse rectification, 24 pulse rectification. Rectifier of high voltage 6KV, 10KV, 20KV and 33KV incoming line, rectifier transformer high-pressure primary side 9-27 class load voltage (coarse adjustment), transformer secondary side SCR phase shift voltage (fine adjustment)
- Control mode: local control and remote control can be converted mutually, constant current or constant voltage operation mode can be chosen.
- DC output automatic steady current accuracy: ≤±1%
- Trigger pulse asymmetry: ≤0.1°
- Pulse phase-shifting resolution: ≤0.1μs
- Main circuit process structure: rectifier transformer and thyristor in the main circuit adopts cophase counter parallel connection process structure technology, which greatly reduces eddy current loss of accessories.
- Communication means CANBUS, PROFIBUS, Ethernet, RS485 and RS232 optical fiber communication.
- Operation interface: PLC colorful touch screen, flexible and good vision. Real-time record and display all kinds of parameters and history curves of rectifier operation.
