Rotary Level Meter
FISCHER rotary paddle level meter is divided into various models such as thread type, flange type, peripheral protection tube type, high temperature type, steel cable type, etc., with a full range of types to meet the level inspection and detection in various situations.
The FT series rotary paddle level meter is made of 304 stainless steel, with low loss and long life. Through grinding™ welding process is adopted to eliminate welds, weld spots and fish scales, and the surface is smooth and flat; the skeleton oil seal can maximize the sealing effect to prevent dust from entering from the shaft end and causing jamming; imported movement, low failure rate; IP66 high protection level can be applied to various harsh natural environments
Torque adjustment:
1. Users can adjust according to the specific gravity of the material to be measured. When the specific gravity of the measured object is large, the spring torque can be adjusted to the strong or strongest position, at which time the sensitivity of the switch is poor; when the specific gravity of the measured object is small, the tension spring can be adjusted to the weak or weakest position, at which time the sensitivity of the switch is better.
2. Adjustment method: Disconnect the power supply, unscrew the back cover of the switch, carefully take out the end of the spring close to the porous plate, and insert it into the hole as needed (the end close to the terminal block is the weakest).

Installation and maintenance:
1. The installation, maintenance and operation of the rotary level meter should be completed by qualified professional technicians.
2. When opening the shell, the power supply must be disconnected. Voltage danger!
3. It can only be operated after the shell cover is closed.
4. Through the connection thread or flange, horizontal, inclined, or vertical installation methods can be selected, but these components must be locked and the attached sealing gaskets must be used.
5. The level meter housing should be placed in a correct position, the gram head must be facing downward, and it must be locked to prevent water from entering the housing along the cable.
