ZSB series intelligent linear electric actuator (abbreviated as ZSB actuator, ZSB actuator) is an intelligent integrated product produced with the technology of German company, which is suitable for various process automatic control systems. It accepts the control signal of the upper regulating instrument, outputs linear displacement and mechanical force, controls the opening of various valves, adjusts the flow rate of fluid medium in process management, and realizes automatic control of process parameters.

■ Working Principle :
 The ZSB electric actuator consists of four parts: controller, drive motor, reducer and displacement detection mechanism. The functions and working principles of each part are briefly introduced as follows
  Controller​
   The principle of the actuator: the 4~20mAd.c. regulating signal from the upper regulating instrument is converted by A/D, and then compared with the valve position signal in the single chip to output the switch signal, which is used to drive the forward and reverse rotation of the servo motor, and drive the valve after mechanical deceleration conversion. The valve position opening is detected by the displacement sensor and converted into a voltage signal proportional to the displacement. This signal is used for regulation and control after A/D conversion. Inside the MPU, the valve position signal undergoes various transformations to change the stroke characteristics of the valve. The actuator has two working conditions: automatic and manual. In the automatic working condition, the valve position opening is controlled by the regulating input signal, and the regulating signal is tracked in real time; in the manual working condition, the valve position opening is controlled by the manual operation key switch. After the valve position signal is converted and reversed inside the MPU, it is converted by D/A and V/A to output 4~20mAd.c. for system display and tracking control.
   The fault diagnosis functions of the actuator are as follows:
   1. Adjustment signal disconnection; 2. Feedback signal disconnection; 3. Motor                      stall; 4. Large deviation fault
 When a fault occurs, the system will take appropriate action.
  ● Drive motor
   The drive motor is the power source of the actuator. The use of rare earth permanent magnet low-speed synchronous motor greatly improves the operating reliability and positioning stability of the drive motor, allowing the drive motor to operate for a long time without failure and adjustment.
  ● Reducer
   The reducer has a high-efficiency floating planetary reduction transmission mechanism with mechanical self-locking. It converts the high-speed, low-torque motion output by the drive motor into a low-speed, high-torque output and drives the adjustment mechanism.
  ● Displacement detection mechanism
   The displacement detection mechanism converts the mechanical change of the output shaft of the actuator into an electrical signal in proportion through a differential pressure device, and inputs it into the controller to participate in the adjustment and control of the actuator. At the same time, it can be sent back to the control room for monitoring and management in the control room. In this detection mechanism, two limit micro switches are set to ensure accurate operation, and two sets of switch quantity signals can be output at the same time to participate in system control.
