The inclined tube anti-blocking wind pressure sampler is classified as an anti-blocking sampler by our factory. 1. Overview of power plant anti-blocking sampler
The oblique tube anti-blocking wind pressure sampler is mainly used to measure the wind pressure on the wind duct. It is widely used in the power, petrochemical and other industries. There are two main functions:
1) As the name implies, it plays the role of blocking and sampling. It can prevent impurities (dust and particles) in the pipeline from entering the wind pressure measurement pipeline and clogging the instrument. The utility model can prevent the instrument pipeline from being blocked and play a blocking role. Secondly, the transmitter collects the pressure signal through the anti-resistance sampler and performs the sampling function.
2) The anti-blocking sampler has a built-in anti-blocking mechanism, which can play a buffering role when the gas is input into the sampler, and has a certain shock absorption effect, thereby avoiding unstable wind pressure and causing fluctuations in the measured value.
2. Reasons for the existence of inclined tube anti-blocking pneumatic sampler
1) This utility model adopts a physical mechanism to achieve the anti-blocking sampling function, and the sampler needs to be installed vertically during installation. When the above installation is improper, it is necessary to measure the side of the pipeline through a section of extraction pipe while keeping the sampler still installed vertically.
2) During the replacement process, the instrument tube is still tilted in the sampler because it is just changing the sampler. In order to facilitate the connection, the replacement sampler can extend or add a section of tilted tube at the inlet of the original base.

5. Anti-blocking sampler installation instructions
1) Drill a hole in the flue, place the sampling tube into the flue, and make the sampling head flow in the direction of the smoke flow. (Depending on the situation, the factory can be equipped with an anti-wear sleeve.)
2) Weld the sealing flange to the flue and cooperate with the sampling tube welding to ensure sealing.
3) Connect the sampling tube and cyclone collector with a nut. Use a silicon tube to connect the measuring tube to the U tube.
4) The cyclone collector is connected to the extraction tube and valve, and the sampling system is connected to the position of the induced draft fan baffle (that is, a hole is opened here). Weld the tube to the weld
