FZB Series Power Supply Intelligent Voltmeter Digital Display Voltmeter

FZB series digital indicating instruments (hereinafter referred to as digital instruments) are manufactured by our company based on many years of experience in producing DC system equipment. They are used to measure voltage and current in AC and DC systems, temperature, AC voltage and current. Except for the temperature digital instrument, the other digital instruments do not have the local display function of the measurement results. All digital instruments can communicate with the host computer through RS485 to achieve decentralized measurement.

Ambient temperature : 0℃-45℃; Atmospheric pressure: 8OkPa~ll0kPa;

Relative temperature : The average relative humidity in the wettest month is 90%, and the average lowest temperature in the month is 25℃ with no condensation on the surface; when the temperature is +40℃, the average relative humidity does not exceed 50%; Place of use: There should be facilities to prevent rain, snow, wind and sand.

Working power supply : 220V. 110V and 48V, the allowable fluctuation is ±20, of which 220V can be used for both AC and DC;

Display 4 digits, plus one sign bit;

Communication : Interface type is RS485;

The baud rate is 9600bps;

Measurement accuracy : 0.5% for DC digital instrument; 1% for AC digital instrument

The input signal types are represented by Arabic numerals as follows:

21—-DC voltage; 22—-DC current; 23—-three-phase AC voltage; 24—-AC voltage; 25—-AC current; 26—-ambient temperature.

The nominal measuring range is expressed in Arabic numerals as follows:

DC voltage transmitter: 1—-0~300V (nominal value 220V); 2—-0~150V (nominal value 110V); 3—-0~75V (nominal value 48V); 4—-0~35V (nominal value 24V).

DC current transmitter: 1——75mV~0~+75mV; 2—-0~75mV.

Note: The nominal current ratio specifications of the DC current transmitter are: 20A, 30A, 50A, 75A, 100A, 150A, 200A, 300A, 500A, 750A, 1000A, 1500A, 2000A.

Three-phase AC voltage transmitter: 1—-0~500V (three-phase three-wire, nominal value 380V, can be used for 400V nominal value system); 2—-0~300V (three-phase four-wire, nominal value 380/220V, can be used for 400/230V nominal value system).

AC voltage transmitter: 1—-0~500V (line voltage, nominal value 380V, can be used for 400V nominal value system); 2—-0~300V (phase voltage, nominal value 220V, can be used for 230V nominal value system).

AC current transmitter: 1—-0~5A.

Note: The nominal current ratio specifications of the AC current transmitter are: 20A, 30A, 50A, 75A, 100A, 150A, 200A, 300A, 500A, 750A, 1000A.

Temperature transmitter: 1—--10℃~55℃.

The working power supply voltage is expressed in Arabic numerals as follows:

1—-DC80~300V (DC power supply, suitable for 110V and 220V nominal value systems);

2—-DC16~75V (DC power supply, suitable for 24V and 48V nominal value systems).

Note: DC80~300V can be used for AC220V±25% AC power system.

a) Technical indicators:

Digital display: high brightness red LED digital tube.

Digital display range: four and a half digits.

Display accuracy: power: 0.2 level;

Temperature: ±0.5℃.

Dip switch: 5 bits, set the transmitter communication address, the first bit is the high address, and the fifth bit is the low address.

Pushbutton switches: 3, zero and full scale calibration; range and ratio setting; communication baud rate setting.

Over-range capability:  1.2 times continuous; 2 times voltage for 1S; 10 times current for 5S.

Working power consumption: < 4W.

Isolation voltage: 3000VDC between auxiliary power supply, input signal and communication interface .

Insulation voltage: 3000VDC between auxiliary power supply, input signal and ground; 750VDC between communication interface and ground.

Insulation resistance: > 100MΩ.

Oscillatory wave immunity: The product should be able to withstand the 1 MHz and 100 kHz oscillatory wave immunity test with test level 3 as specified in Chapter 5 of GB/T 17626.12-1998.

Electrostatic discharge immunity: The product should be able to withstand the electrostatic discharge immunity test with test level 3 as specified in Chapter 5 of GB/T 17626.2-1998.

Radio frequency electromagnetic field immunity: The product should be able to withstand the radio frequency electromagnetic field immunity test with test level 3 as specified in Chapter 5 of GB/T 17626.3-1998.

Electrical fast transient pulse group immunity: The product should be able to withstand the electrical fast transient pulse group immunity test with test level 3 as specified in Chapter 5 of GB/T 17626.4-1998.

Note: For FZB-26 intelligent temperature transmitter, the digital display and key switch are cancelled.
