The ZTY20 bus voltage automatic adjustment device (hereinafter referred to as the device) is mainly used in DC operating power supply systems such as power plants and substations. As a DC bus voltage adjustment and control device, it can realize the automatic and manual , so that the DC bus voltage is stable within the range required by the load.

Xuji ZTY24 silicon stack device :

1. The full-bridge phase-shifted resonant soft switching technology is adopted to greatly reduce the heat generated by the switch tube, and the working temperature rise of the rectifier module is greatly reduced, and the efficiency is as high as more than 94% ; the soft switching working mode reduces the electrical stress on the switch power tube, making the work safer and greatly improving the reliability of the rectifier module. 

2. Three-phase three-wire voltage input and three-phase current balance. Combined with the application of power factor correction technology PFC , the input current of the rectifier module is close to a sine wave, which greatly reduces the pollution of harmonic components to the power grid and has good electromagnetic compatibility (meeting the requirements of standard GB / T19826-20 for electromagnetic compatibility). 

3. The application of low-voltage difference hardware autonomous current sharing technology can make multiple parallel modules bear the load current on average and extend the life of a single module. The current sharing function is realized by the hardware of the module itself, with fast current sharing speed and high precision. The current sharing effect is not affected when the monitoring module fails and exits. 

4. The self-cooling series module adopts an integrated connector structure and fully supports hot plugging, so that the rectifier module can be freely plugged and replaced online without cutting off the AC power supply, making maintenance more convenient and quick. At the same time, the module shell adopts a high-grade aluminum-zinc plate combined structure, which is naturally cooled, noiseless and dust-free. 

5. The air-cooling series module adopts a unique fully isolated dust-proof structure. The airflow with dust can only pass through the isolated air duct. At the same time, the printed circuit board of the module is specially sprayed, which has the functions of corrosion resistance, mildew resistance and dust resistance, and the working reliability is greatly improved. 

6. A single module is fully functional, with automatic voltage and current stabilization, output voltage and current setting, unlimited current limit adjustment, operation status indication, output voltage and current display, input overvoltage, undervoltage, and phase loss protection, output overvoltage and overcurrent protection, power module overtemperature protection, and temperature control fan automatic speed regulation (air-cooling series module). 

7. The distributed control working mode that does not rely on upper monitoring is adopted. Under normal circumstances, the rectifier module is controlled by the upper monitoring; when the monitoring module exits abnormally, the rectifier module automatically enters the safe working mode and operates according to the pre-set floating charge voltage value, so that the entire system can still work normally.
