CKD series multi-turn valve electric actuator is the most basic actuator, providing multi-turn (greater than 360° rotation) operation output drive, suitable for valves with linear motion of valve discs, such as gate valves, stop valves, diaphragm valves, gates, sluice valves, etc., used for opening, closing or adjusting valves, and is an indispensable drive device for realizing remote control, centralized control and automatic control of valves. In addition to direct use, it can be assembled with a push rod device or a bracket device to form a linear stroke electric actuator, and can also be assembled with a partial rotary reducer to form an angular stroke electric actuator.
The main technical parameters for selecting multi-turn electric actuators are: shut-off torque (Nm) and output speed (rpm).
Multi-turn electric actuator has the characteristics of full functions, stable performance, excellent control system, small size, light weight, easy use and maintenance, etc. Its torque range is from 40Nm to 3000Nm, and the mechanical interface (output shaft and flange) complies with the national standard GB/T12222 and the international standard ISO 5210, so that it can achieve reasonable mechanical connection with different controlled objects, and can also provide special flange connection methods according to user requirements. According to the function, it can be divided into: switch type, regulating type, bus type, and explosion-proof type. According to the connection type, it is also divided into torque type and thrust type. The performance of this product complies with the provisions of GB/T28270-2012 “Intelligent Valve Electric Device” and GB/T24923-2010 “Technical Conditions for Ordinary Valve Electric Devices”. The performance of the flameproof type complies with the provisions of GB3836.1-2010 “Explosive gas atmospheres Part 1: General requirements for equipment”, GB3836.2-2010 “Explosive gas atmospheres Part 2: Equipment protected by flameproof enclosures “d”” and GB/T24922-2010 “Technical conditions for flameproof valve electric devices”. It has been tested by the National Explosion-proof Electrical Product Quality Supervision, Inspection and Testing Center and obtained a full range of explosion-proof certificates. It has obtained the national industrial product production license approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China.
