1.Overview

381 series electric actuator, driven by 220 V/AC single-phase power, is a new actuator to realize set displacement by receiving regulator’s signal (DC4-20mA or DC1-5V). When runs as control valves actuator, it has all action variations, valve opening and manual functions.Thus, this actuator can be widely used in power generation, metallurgy, petrochemical engineering, light industry, environment protection and other industry sector.

2.Features

The product has the following features:

(1)Servo system is inner built. Just DC4-20mA (or DC1-5V) signal and AC220V single-phase power along could make actuator work. There is no need to equip servo amplifier. Inner wiring terminal makes wiring easy.

(2) Actuator’s key parts, controller, adopt the most advanced hybrid integrated circuit. The controller is potted by resin, with small-volume box appearance and high reliability.

(3)Feedback detection to position quantities uses high-performance plastic potentiometer, with resolution ratio<0.4, long service time and high reliability.

(4)Auto diagnosis function: controller’s indicator will give index signal in case of fault;When break signal can be set by status dial switch, valve core is in full- open, full close or self-lock status.

(5) The status dial switch can set forwards and backwards actions.

(6)The status dial switch can set input signal as DC4.20mA or DC1-5V.

(7)Smart stall protection: in case of stall of actuator’s any part, inner stall protection will be activated in 4 seconds to disconnect power, even when controller is affected by strong disturbance and causes inner relay breakdown and short circuit.

(8)Automatic stall remove: By user’s dial switch settings, when actuator has been blocked,the stall can be removed by backwards running for 1 second; if not, actuator will start stall protection, alarm and stop all electric motor output. Users can also input signal for backwards operation to manually remove protection.

(9) Electrical brake: the positioning is precious and stable to solve traditional mechanic abrasion and incorrect positioning;

(10) Smart anti-backwards running technology: to improve reliability and prolong service, there is delay between actuator’ s forwards and backwards running to reduce impacts to valve, electrical motor’ s reduction gear and actuator;

(11) Easy to adjust working starting point and finish point;

(12)Ensure valve core’s self-lock in sudden power off;

(13) Synchronous belt drive is adopted to reduce noise;

(14) High reliability: there is high-performance micro controller inside, whose software and hardware are both up to industrial standards.
