SDQ series part-turn/angular stroke/multi-turn electric actuators are suitable for opening, closing or regulating butterfly valves, ball valves, baffles, gate valves, stop valves, gates and other valves with various motion forms. The performance of this product complies with the provisions of JB/T8528-1997 “Technical conditions for common valve electric devices”; the performance of the flameproof type complies with the provisions of GB3836.1-2000 “Electrical equipment for explosive gas atmospheres Part 1: General requirements”, GB3836.2-2000 “Electrical equipment for explosive gas atmospheres Part 2: Flameproof type “d”” and JB/T8529-1997 “Technical conditions for flameproof valve electric devices”.
It can realize on-site and remote operation control of electric valves; display the current valve opening, status, fault and other information, and feedback the opening information and operating status to the centralized control room in the form of switch signals and analog signals. The control system can set the control parameters at all levels through the human-machine interactive interface without opening the cover.
The control system consists of the following components:
Control panel. The control panel has a 64*128 dot matrix LCD screen and 4 Hall position switches. It can display the operating status of the actuator; set the working mode (on-site, remote, stop); perform on-site operations; and enter the configuration state, set system control parameters, etc. The control panel is connected to the main control board through a 6-core cable.
Knob assembly. The knob assembly includes a position selection knob and an operating knob. The back of the knob has a magnetic steel, which can be used in conjunction with the Hall position switch on the control panel to achieve non-contact operation.
Main control board. The main control board is installed in the fuselage, with built-in power circuit and microprocessor to realize intelligent control of electric actuator. The main functions of the main control board include: control power processing; analog signal input detection; analog signal output control; switch signal input detection; switch control signal output; communication processing with the panel, etc.
Absolute encoder. The encoder is connected to the actuator to detect the current opening of the valve. The encoder has a 12-bit or 16-bit accuracy, and the SSI interface outputs position information;
Motor drive components. The main control board directly drives the motor in the form of relay commutation and thyristor output, which can directly realize the reversible control of three-phase motors with a rated current not exceeding 4A.
Infrared remote control. The control panel has an infrared receiving function, and parameters can be set with the infrared remote control.
