SHANGYI | PSL Linear Electric Actuator

The PSL linear actuator is mainly composed of an isolated electrical control part and a gear transmission part. The motor is the intermediate component connecting the two isolated parts. The motor outputs torque according to the control requirements and transmits it to the trapezoidal screw through the multi-pole spur gear. The screw transforms the torque into thrust through the rod thread. This rod thread can be self-locking, and the linear stroke is transmitted to the valve stem through the adapter with the valve. The output shaft of the actuator is equipped with a stop pin to prevent rotation, and the radial locking device of the output shaft can be used as a position indicator. The locking device is connected to a connecting rod, which runs synchronously with the output shaft. The output shaft displacement is converted into an electrical signal through the circuit board connected to the connecting rod, and provided to the servo amplifier as a comparison signal and valve position feedback output. At the same time, the stroke of the actuator can also be limited by the two main limit switches on the switch board, and the limited position is adjusted by two mechanical limit blocks.
